THE ORIGINAL SYDNEY CIDER

4.5% ALC /VOL

Sydney’s original New World Cider uses 100% Australian grown apples and ferments the freshly crushed juice with Champagne yeast. This provides a complex apple flavour that is medium sweet with a crisp, clean finish. It is indeed ‘a Cider for wine lovers’.

AGAVE GINGER CIDER

4.5% ALC /VOL

We’ve given our original Sydney Cider a Mexican twist, by blending it with organic agave syrup and pure ginger juice. It’s a little bit wild and a little bit spicy, perfect straight up, as a mixer or as a cooking ingredient. Apple with Agave and Ginger, its Aztec as it gets.

'MARGARET' LIMITED EDITION PEAR CIDER

5.5% ALC /VOL

Perry produced with freshly crushed Packham Pears from the Adelaide Hills and fermented with French Champagne yeast.

Medium sweet with developed fruit notes and wine style complexity.

OAKED ORGANIC CIDER

6.8% ALC /VOL

Our Seasonal Release Oaked Organic Cider is golden in colour, with mild apple aroma and floral undertones. With subtle bite and tangy apple flavour, it has a good all round mouth feel. Pleasant oak notes are present, resulting in a dry and refreshing cider. It pairs well with oysters vinaigrette, double-smoked ham and rich cheeses.
