Congratulations to Tim Jones from The Rook for placing second in the 2022 Cocktail Competition with this spring recipe with a Japanese twist.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Saké

10ml Monin yuzu syrup

15ml Cointreau

40ml of homemade spiced Rhubarb Syrup

90ml ‘The Original’ Sydney Cider’

Garnish
Garnished with candied rhubarb syrup and Yuzu peal

Glassware
Served in Riesling glass with cubed ice
