Congratulations to Tua Fatongiatau from Corretto for placing equal 3rd in the 2022 Cocktail Competition with his Peach Tea Spritz style cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Native Davidson Plum infused Koyomi

15ml Creme de Peche

20ml Discarded Fruit Tea Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice

3 dashes of Hopped Grapefruit Bitters

Pinch of Salt

Dash of Aquafaba (optional)

Topped with 60ml Sydney Brewery Agave Ginger Cider

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into Boston shaker (except for cider)
  2. Double Strain into highball, add ice and topped with Agave Ginger Cider,
  3. Garnish with edible flowers
