We’re thrilled to welcome back one of the most anticipated events on our annual calendar — NSW Brew Day, proudly hosted in partnership with Pink Boots Society Australia.

On Wednesday, 17 September 2025, Sydney Brewery Alexandria will open its doors for a full day of craft, community, and collaboration — all in support of scholarships and programs for women and non-binary people in the fermentation industry.

From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, participants will enjoy a hands-on brewing experience, alongside a rich program designed to inspire, educate, and connect. Highlights include:

• Hop sensory experience with Ryefield Hops

• Beer & cider dessert pairing session

• Delicious breakfast and lunch provided throughout the day

Whether you’re a seasoned brewer, a curious newcomer, or simply passionate about supporting equity in fermentation, this is your chance to be part of something special.
