INGREDIENTS
20ml Native Davidson Plum infused Koyomi
15ml Creme de Peche
20ml Discarded Fruit Tea Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
3 dashes of Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Aquafaba (optional)
Topped with 60ml Sydney Brewery Agave Ginger Cider
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into Boston shaker (except for cider)
- Double Strain into highball, add ice and topped with Agave Ginger Cider,
- Garnish with edible flowers
