Ol' Paddington,"Paddo" the Pale Ale has, like its urban namesake, lived through a few overhauls. This fertile garden to the First Peoples became a hard working class suburb for settlers, before the Paddington Push groups of artists, musicians and poets) took up the pipe and sashayed in. They
made it the most sought after place to be for creative inspiration, which also made it an expensive place to live. Now the new gentry have put their own mark on this slick suburb.

An American style Pale Ale brewed with Galaxy, Amarillo and Enigma hops. Soft on the palate to begin with, it has the perfect balance of true citrus and floral aromas followed by a full-bodied malt flavour on the back.
