HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Pour Sydney Cider into a soup urn or large pot
2. Add:
• 5 cinnamon sticks
• 5 cloves
• 5 star anise
• Peel of one orange
3. Heat gently and simmer for 30 minutes – don’t let it boil
4. Serve warm in a mug with a handle
