We’re excited to announce a new, limited-edition beer now on tap at our Surry Hills location – the Raspberry Saison! Lovingly crafted by our talented brewer Danielle, this fruity farmhouse ale is a refreshing twist on the traditional Belgian Saison style.

What’s Inside the Raspberry Saison?

Our Raspberry Saison features a 5.0% ABV and 20 IBU, offering a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and spicy complexity. The malt bill includes Extra Pale, Munich T1, Oats, and Lactose, giving it a smooth, creamy body that complements the fruity flavors. A combination of Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Citra hops provides bright, citrusy notes, while raspberry puree adds a jammy, tart finish.

The traditional Saison yeast brings its signature spicy phenolic character, with earthy notes rounding out the flavor. The beer finishes dry with above-average carbonation, offering a crisp and refreshing drinking experience.
